Welcome to epiow ("the Platform"). By using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

This system provides human resources management functions, including but not limited to:

• Employee data management
• Payroll calculation and distribution
• Leave management
• Attendance records
• Contract management
• Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) management

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Protect your account security and keep your password confidential
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations
• Ensure you have permission to process employee personal data entered into the system

4. Data Processing

5. Intellectual Property

This system and its original content, features, and design are the proprietary property of our company and are protected by Hong Kong intellectual property laws. Data you enter into the system remains your property.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide stable and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend service during maintenance or upgrades and will endeavor to notify users in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also request to terminate your account at any time. After termination, you may request to export your data.

9. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or system notifications. Continued use of this system indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong for resolution.
